After your visit to the dental practice for treatment it is important that you follow any post operative care instructions that you are given. This will allow your mouth to return to normal with the minimum of fuss.
If you have received a local anaesthetic for your treatment it is not unusual to feel an element of discomfort in the area that the anaesthetic was given. It is advisable to take a mild painkiller ( what ever you would normally take for a headache for example) as the local anaesthetic wears off if you do feel any discomfort.
